AnswerNet MRC offers the ability to test products either in our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada with a small group discussion, one-on-one or intercept methodology to collect respondent opinions, or can pack and ship products to test on a broader, national scale.

Your quantitative product test survey may be conducted by telephone, web or by mail – a survey can actually be shipped with the product itself for return, entry and tabulation of study results and analysis after consumers or business professionals try it.

Sample Selection, Product Placement & Collecting Opinions

From sample selection and the actual placement of the product to simply collecting opinions of the product you or your client have already placed, AnswerNet MRC can do it all for you!

For small group tests of new products or product samples in our MRC Focus facility, a kitchen facility is available for serving your product in our respondent suite rooms -- just bring your product ready-to-serve and test. Our host/hostess will be happy to accommodate whatever your product test may require.

Fulfillment, Placement & Shipping of Products

MRC professionals can not only survey individuals regarding their opinion of your product but can also prepare the product to ship with full pack-out and placement services. Simply ship the product in bulk to us and we will prepare each, individual placement and mail or ship the product out to the target sample either you or we select.

This includes wrapping each product for placement as appropriate for the product itself to ensure safe arrival to those selected to test it; packing product into an outer carton or envelope, and metering and addressing the package for shipment to anywhere in the United States.

Our experience in product testing includes:

Packaging enhancements – such as color variations, type of wrapper or new/special bursts on packages to call attention to the product (ex. discounts, cents-off and coupons on packaging)
